Passport Color Checker on my Clothing Store Shoot

I purchased the ColorChecker Passport Photo to help with my color managing and I am glad that I did.

I used it on a recent shoot with a local clothing store, Expression of Orange, to keep my colors consistent as each model came up.

I found it to be very easy to adjust the white balance in Adobe Lightroom from the checker.

The way I use the checker is to:

1. Set up my lighting, whether shooting with strobes or natural light
2. Test shoot with a subject to make sure the light is falling where I want it o
3. Bring in the Color check and shoot a close up shot of it with the full grey card and the multi color side
4. If i change my lights, I re-shoot the color checker
5. Have fun!
